Orientation data: Information from your device's compass is processed only locally for game operation. Game statistics: Your scores and statistics are stored only on your device via CoreData. Game Center identifier: If you use Game Center features, your identifier is managed by Apple in accordance with their privacy policy, not by GeoCompass. Network connection data: Your Internet connection status is checked only for online features, without data collection. 3. How We Use Information We use the information mentioned above only locally on your device to: Provide the basic functionality of the Application. Enable location-based game modes, without ever collecting or recording your location data. Record your scores and statistics on your device to track your progress. Facilitate multiplayer interactions via Game Center (managed by Apple). Send you notifications regarding daily challenges, only if you have given permission. 4. Data Storage All data is exclusively stored locally on your device. Game statistics are recorded via CoreData on your own device. Scores submitted to Game Center are managed and stored by Apple in accordance with their privacy policy. GeoCompass has no server infrastructure and collects no data. We have no access to your location data or any other information generated while using the application. 5. No Collection and Sharing GeoCompass does not collect, store, or share any of your personal data. We have no access to your information, as it remains exclusively on your device. The application does not contain any trackers, analytics tools, or other means to collect your data. The only information shared is what you deliberately choose to transmit to Apple Game Center for leaderboards and multiplayer mode, in accordance with your use of these features. 6. Data Security Since all data remains on your device and no data is transmitted externally (as the application has no servers), the security of this data primarily depends on the protection measures of your own device. We recommend keeping your operating system up to date and using the security features offered by your device (such as code or biometric locking). 7. Your Rights In accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights: Right of access: As all your data is stored locally on your device, you already have direct access to it. Right to erasure: You can erase your data by deleting the application or resetting the data in the settings. Right to data portability: Since the application does not store your data outside your device, portability is managed at the device level. 8. No Cookies or Tracking Technologies The Application does not use traditional cookies or any tracking or analytics technology. It only stores local preferences and game data on your device to improve your user experience and retain your settings, without any information being sent outside your device. 9.
